Deacon

Marlene has been attending Barking Baptist Church since 1991 and has been the Sunday Club leader since 2013  where she enjoys  sharing the good news of salvation with the children who attend.   She is also captain of our Girls’ Brigade company and leads various activities and trips for the girls aged between 4-14 years.

Marlene’s hobbies include reading, baking, decorating cakes and spending time with family and friends.  She has one daughter.

Marlene is devoted and passionate about the Word of God and her local church and believes that the young people are God’s future generation.  She loves God and His people and feels grateful to be called to teach young people from the Bible.
